Do you fancy winning £1,000 and taking part in an exciting event, which is set to shake up the whisky industry?

The Whisky Stramash – a whisky experience event with a difference, taking place in Edinburgh in May 2012 – is on the search for an amateur dramatic group to take part in its murder mystery, which is being sponsored by Jura Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

The Whisky Stramash takes place at Edinburgh’s Surgeons’ Hall over three sessions on 26th & 27th May 2012. As well as the £1,000 cash prize, the winning group will perform at this unique event, receiving publicity along the way.

Hi there!

I recently came to see your current performance of "Singing in the Rain" at Eastwood Theatre. It was incredible! I went with my grandmother- as it's one of her all time favourite musicals - and we both adored it! Your performers are excellent and it was a truly professional performance! Cant believe that some of the actors had to learn tap dancing for it- they looked like they'd been doing it for years!

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for putting on such a wonderful show and giving us an extremely enjoyable evening out!

Cant wait for the next one!

Xx

I was a snow child in carousel and i really enjoyed it. it all started with... i went to an audition and i saw that my friend was auditioning for the same musical. the next day i got a phone call saying i was through but my friend wasnt so i couldnt tell her anything. when i went to the first rehersal we all got fitted fo old dresses and i got a blue dress with cherries on it. it was the last rehersal and Kim (the choreogropher) was so strict you could tell why.

Hi guys,

Delighted to see you've hit the web and love the site. Well done. Looking forward to Carousel -- no doubt rehearsals have reached the 'shouty' stage by now.

I'll do my best to be there for the show. Yeah, I know I've said that before so fingers crossed for this time. Good luck and Happy New Year to you all.

Jem
